You don’t need to cancel Curology to take a break from the service. Like most subscriptions, you have the option to postpone the next shipment within your account. This is useful if you’re running low on cash one month or have a surplus from the last shipment. But if you’ve decided you want to cancel Curology altogether, and not receive future shipments, here’s what to do.
- Laptop, Tablet or Phone with Web Browser
- Head over to the Curology website and sign in to your account.
- Access the Payments section from the dropdown menu once signed in.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select 'I want to cancel' then follow the flow.
- Answer the off-boarding questions then confirm the cancellation.
It’s worth noting that you will need to answer all of the exit questions to cancel Curology — leave one blank or bail out before you reach the finish line and the cancellation won’t be submitted. Another thing worth keeping in mind is that selecting to pause your account at this stage, which it’ll encourage you to do, will postpone the next shipment and not cancel your subscription.
If you follow those steps to cancel Curology only to find the button was missing or it didn’t work, or if you’d rather the human touch, you can also send the Curology Success Team, letting them know you’d like to cancel your subscription. Be sure to include a reason in the email to expedite the process. They will process the request on your behalf and confirm the cancellation in writing.
